Ms. Shepard is an information solutions developer with 25 years of experience in the U.S. and overseas. She works closely with our clients to design appropriate protocols and reporting for their needs and supervises the research process to ensure that goals are met. She has been with Development II for 11 years. Her professional activity has also included many articles for such publications as AI Expert (artificial intelligence and expert systems), Dr. Dobbs Journal (software development) and IEEE Computer Society’s IT Professional magazine. She holds a B.A. from Fordham University in Social Sciences and has had extensive specialized training throughout her career.  |
